Choosing a swimsuit to the shape of the body

Every woman is different and each has something on a body that wants to highlight or hide. And it is not impossible. Here are tips for choosing a swimsuit to the shape of the body:

- Wear Dim tones and one-piece suits 
- If you select two tone bathing, let the lower part is darker than the upper 
- Bright colors and prints distraction and camouflage stomach 
- Avoid horizontal stripes

- Dark colors and great prints will make you look slimmer
- Avoid shallow bottom parts and boxers that will have a counter effect

- Avoid small prints, monochrome suits are a better choice 
- Accessories such as necklaces draw attention to the upper body. 
- Complete the look with a monochrome print and the bottom of the cannon

- Bright colors and small prints are good choices, as well as horizontal stripes 
- Bikini bottom part which is connected also highlights the curves 
- One-piece swimsuit with punching in the stomach will also flatter your figure

- The darker upper and vertical or diagonal stripes will visually reduce your breast 
- One-piece swimsuit with V-neck elongate the figure
- Wide straps provide good support and will make narrow shoulders look wider 
- Avoid bikini and thin straps because it will only accentuate your bust

- Large prints can accentuate your breasts, but you can carry less pronounced designs 
- Print that follows the shape of the breasts visually increases 
- Karner, corrugated or upper parts of the details are a good option, but you can choose and set up the upper part of which the breast look bigger 
- Bikini and sporting guns looks good but avoid the basket

My todays summer business outfit

  On day hot like this is best, especially when you have work you have to do, put something soft on. Black is always good for the performance of duties. Me, as a pregnant woman, this dress is a perfect fit, and I personally was ordered to sew on my desire and my draft. 
  For the hair I decided on the perfect high bun.
  And as a discreet jewelry bracelet combination of black and gold.

My "tricks" for the perfect, healthy tan.

  For a nice attractive complexion is not responsible solarium, but our diet. Carotenoids from fruits and vegetables affect the brilliant shine of our skin and healthy color.

 Carotenoids are located in orange and yellow fruits and vegetables, which should be more to-insert in your daily diet, which is what I'm doing. That are for example carrots, apricots, peaches...
  Next spinach, lettuce (which I adore) and all the vegetables that has a green leaf.
  Then,tomato, cucumber(which you can use for face masks, but about the masks in some future post), beans (which should be included in your meals at least once a week)... Nuts - hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, pistachios are the law of healthy skin. 

  Avoid foods rich in fat and carbohydrates. What is healthy for your whole body is healthy for your skin. Drink more water, be sure to 2 liters per day, replace red meat with fish (salmon is the healthiest for your skin). And, of course, reduce the maximum intake of sweets. Better eat a nice piece of fruit. I'm pregnant and I often want to eat some candy, but I resist and make myself a healthy fruit salad or a fruit frappe. Here's one recipe for a healthy frappe. Enjoy!

Chop the watermelon into pieces and clean the seeds and place in a blender. Then pour a cup of yogurt too. 
Shaken frappe pour in deeper cups. 
If is not quite sweet you can add a teaspoon of honey, a dessert place in refrigerator to cool down a bit an hour or two.

To refresh during the day there is a cold mint tea. 
This drink is a great way to refresh yourself, but also to get rid of fat from the abdomen. Peppermint tea helps the body get rid of excess fat, but also accelerates the digestion of fatty foods, and thus prevents bloating.
